Henri Degre: Embodying a Community Spirit

To say that Henri Degre has a sense of community responsibility—the spirit of a true civil servant—is, perhaps, a bit of an understatement. This is, after all, a man who formerly worked as a police officer, and who now designs products and services that are used by organizations like the U.S. Navy and the Department of Homeland Security. It would come as no big surprise, then, to find that Henri Degre is a man who believes, adamantly, in the importance of giving back—that is, of sharing some of his own success with the members of his community who need it most.

Henri Degre is involved with several such charitable endeavors, in many cases leading his Mobile Concepts colleagues in charitable giving. For example, he is a big proponent of offering financial sponsorship to needy children in Africa. He also makes donations to his own home county—money that goes toward providing services for those in need. And, perhaps most notably, Henri Degre is a proud sponsor of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

It’s hard to think of a more worthy cause to support. For those who don’t know much about St. Jude, here are some pertinent facts and figures:

  • St. Jude is internationally known for the services it administers to children.
  • St. Jude conducts research, with the goal of finding a cure for common children’s diseases including cancer.
  • St. Jude also offers treatment for kids in need, kids who face either cancer or some other catastrophic illness.

There are plenty of ways that you and your company can get involved with St. Jude Children’s Hospital; for more information, you need only visit the website. Or, you could simply ask Henri Degre. His support of this fine institution is unwavering, which is yet another reason to regard him as a sterling example of selfless, community spirit.
